Lead and scale ShipBob's strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories. Develop category strategies, run RFx processes, negotiate high-value contracts, build vendor performance and compliance frameworks (SOX/SOC II), manage and develop the procurement team, partner cross-functionally, drive cost savings and process scalability, and implement change management to embed disciplined procurement practices.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct physical cycle counts, reconcile variances, and communicate inventory issues to operations and client-facing teams. Ensure inventory is safely handled, accurately recorded, traceable, and available for order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and flexibility across departments, along with the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds during extended shifts.

Lead partner fulfillment center onboarding and support, manage site launches, training, equipment setup, and performance (KPIs/SLAs). Troubleshoot issues, drive adoption of ShipBob WMS/dashboard, perform audits, and implement process improvements to ensure partner site success.

Leads end-to-end operational onboarding for merchants across ShipBob’s U.S. fulfillment network. Coordinates Fulfillment Center Operations, Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales to manage implementation milestones, resolve fulfillment issues, mitigate risk, optimize merchant placement, and ensure operational readiness before handoff. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, supports custom packaging and SKU requirements, analyzes volume forecasts, and serves as the primary escalation point during initial onboarding.

Develop and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes across facilities. Identify waste, improve fulfillment and transportation efficiency, lead continuous improvement and corrective action teams, create process documentation and CAD drawings, analyze operational data, establish metrics, support automation and equipment planning, and train teams on lean and process control methods. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, floor-level troubleshooting, project management, quality compliance, and up to 30% travel.

Manage fulfillment-center partner development, onboarding, launches, training, systems configuration, equipment setup, and post-launch support. Build partner relationships, improve adoption of ShipBob’s WMS and SOPs, monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct operational audits, identify process gaps, and coordinate corrective actions. Support inbound, outbound, returns, value-added services, inventory scanning, technical issues, Jira tickets, and daily operational passdowns. The role is approximately 90% on-site and requires travel between locations.

Manage onboarding, training, and performance of partner fulfillment centers. Lead site selection, equipment setup, WMS/dashboard configuration, operational audits, KPI/SLA remediation, and ongoing partner support to ensure ShipBob standards and merchant satisfaction.

Identify, research, and qualify new merchant opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach. Qualify merchant fit, schedule demos for Account Executives, meet daily activity metrics, accurately track interactions, collaborate with managers to improve prospecting, and consistently exceed monthly and annual quota.

Lead and scale ShipBob's Merchant Operations (Control Tower) in India, driving merchant experience improvements, OKRs, staffing, budgeting, governance, metrics, and cross-functional initiatives. Build and coach teams, implement continuous improvement, and represent merchant voice to internal partners to increase CSAT/NPS and operational efficiency.

Own onboarding, site setup, training, and performance of partner fulfillment centers. Manage implementations, configure dashboards/WMS, train staff, troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, and drive process improvements to ensure partner adoption and operational standards.
