As a full-time temporary associate at ShipBob, you'll work collaboratively in teams to ensure excellent customer experiences, manage inventory, and contribute to various operational tasks within the fulfillment center.

As an associate, you will work collaboratively within various teams in a fast-paced fulfillment center, handling inventory, picking, packing, and ensuring quality while adhering to safety procedures.

Provide white‑glove post‑sale support to midmarket merchants: create and manage inbound receiving orders, inventory transfers, B2B/FBA orders, schedule dock appointments, monitor merchant apps, escalate issues, coordinate with operations/ICQA, and deliver custom reports using tools like Retool and Power BI.

Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, monitor SFDC dashboards, support deal-closing, run call reviews, hire and train AEs, collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Product, and Operations to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.

Perform receiving, picking, packing and other warehouse duties to ensure accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment. Follow SOPs, maintain product quality and traceability, lift up to 50 lbs, work scheduled shifts (including overtime/weekends), and complete a 7-day training program. Collaborate across teams and support continuous improvement and safety efforts.

Own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement for product launches to drive new-customer revenue. Partner with sales and demand generation, build competitive intelligence and persona-led positioning, use customer and sales data to refine messaging, and measure impact on pipeline and conversion.
