The VP, Claims & Payment Integrity Operations oversees enterprise strategy and operations for claims and payment integrity, ensuring compliance while driving improvements in accuracy and financial outcomes.

Review and analyze claims to determine Coordination of Benefits (COB), apply Medicare COB/MSP and OHI rules, verify eligibility and coverage, collaborate with internal teams, process claims, and assist with recovery and adjustments to correct overpayments.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of dbt-based ELT pipelines on Snowflake. Build and maintain dbt Cloud projects, implement CI/CD, enforce testing and data quality, document lineage, mentor teammates, and optimize performance and costs for analytics and downstream use cases.

Define and evolve enterprise business architecture to translate strategy into capabilities, roadmaps, and operating models. Partner with business, finance, product, and transformation teams to prioritize initiatives, support governance and portfolio decisions, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and track value realization and capability maturity to enable large-scale transformation.
