Design, build, operate, and evolve backend services supporting WebRTC and Voice SDK products. Own authentication, token management, proxying, push notifications, RTC DNS, and diagnostic systems. Lead POCs through production launches, own customer outcomes, document solutions, resolve complex integrations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements. Travel 10–30% to customer sites for deployments, workshops, and escalations.

Design, build, and operate production services that enable AI agents to participate in meetings, browse and search the web, communicate by email, make payments, and complete tasks. Develop reliable agent interfaces and workflows, improve platform safety, observability, testing, and operational reliability, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn emerging use cases into maintainable products.

Own and expand an APAC sales territory, building pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, closing high-value customers, delivering platform demonstrations, developing strategic relationships, and exceeding revenue targets. The role requires enterprise software sales experience, consultative selling, accurate forecasting, and the ability to engage C-level, product, and IT stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
