The Principal MarTech Data Engineer will design data architecture, build data pipelines, ensure data quality, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives to enhance marketing technology and data privacy infrastructure.

Maintain and improve cloud-native platform infrastructure using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Istio/Gloo Mesh, Prometheus, and AWS. Coordinate upgrades, perform monthly operational tasks, build and upgrade clusters, troubleshoot AWS/Kubernetes issues, document procedures, contribute to observability, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with stakeholders and senior engineers.

Lead full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts within targeted verticals and strategic partnerships. Prospect, demo, negotiate contracts, and expand multi-divisional accounts. Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, develop tailored proposals, partner with sales engineering and internal teams, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet quota.

Hunt and acquire new enterprise customers across APAC, focusing on franchise and multi-location businesses. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, engage senior stakeholders, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with SDRs on ABM, and consistently hit new business revenue targets. Hybrid role based in Brisbane (3 days/week).

Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines and analytical data models. Ensure data quality, validation, and documentation. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver reliable datasets and tooling for reporting and decision-making. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enforce data governance and security; finance domain experience is a plus.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to lead product and marketing analysis, experimentation, and causal inference. Design analytical frameworks, own end-to-end projects, connect product outcomes to revenue and LTV, and craft executive-level data storytelling to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.

Design, operate, and automate network infrastructure across data centers and offices. Build tooling for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring; support routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, DDoS mitigation, and hybrid cloud networking. Participate in hardware lifecycle projects, PCI and security initiatives, troubleshooting, documentation, and a 24x7 on-call rotation.
