As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for positioning the value of our Indirect Partner Program, working the full scale of business from small to Enterprise customers. An Account Executive educates and guides prospects through the buyer's journey, helping them understand how Constant Contact's Commercial Program can grow their business. You will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced opportunities, identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective buyers, while also driving engagement and adoption within existing accounts.
Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, disciplined pipeline management, consistent execution, and the ability to navigate varying levels of deal complexity. This role serves as the foundation of the Account Executive career path and provides opportunities to develop the skills and competencies required for advancement.
This is a hybrid role reporting to either our Fort Collins, CO, Waltham, MA, or Boston, MA office
**In addition to base salary this role also includes uncapped commission
What you’ll do:
- Effectively engage with prospects and their internal stakeholders to close new business.
- Conduct deep discovery with prospects to diagnose business challenges and prescribe relevant solutions.
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations focused on value-based selling.
- Own the full sales cycle, leading prospects through the buyer journey from initial engagement through close.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive customer acquisition and long-term growth.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of inbound and self-sourced opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to advance opportunities.
- Seamlessly transition new customers to the onboarding team.
- Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of the Indirect Partner platform, Ideal Customer Profile, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to execute full-funnel revenue growth.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Diligent, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
