Architects end-to-end inference performance for distributed AI systems. Leads workload capture, realistic and agentic benchmarking, performance modeling, simulation, profiling, capacity planning, and optimization against customer SLOs. Shapes heterogeneous GPU/RDU inference architectures, resolves ambiguous cross-functional challenges, influences hardware and product roadmaps, represents performance capabilities to customers, and mentors senior and principal engineers.

Lead development and optimization of the compiler stack for ML systems, collaborate across teams, integrate and deploy products, map ML operations to hardware, and drive compiler infrastructure innovation and performance debugging.

Brings up and optimizes foundation models on SambaNova’s AI platform. Profiles performance across compiler, runtime, and hardware layers; identifies bottlenecks; applies quantization, kernel fusion, scheduling, and memory optimizations; benchmarks inference throughput and latency; and collaborates with machine learning, compiler, runtime, and hardware teams to deliver product improvements.

Own SambaNova’s AI model and capability roadmap from prioritization through launch. Evaluate LLMs hands-on, define feature-completeness and quality standards, manage capability gaps, and coordinate engineering, QA, Marketing, Documentation, GTM, and Solutions teams. Track model intelligence, customer needs, competitive positioning, and platform performance while maintaining roadmap dashboards and prioritization processes. Build prototypes and experiments to demonstrate inference advantages and inform strategic product decisions.

Own full-lifecycle recruiting for go-to-market and product roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build sourcing strategies, calibrate pipelines, design interviews, manage feedback, and close passive talent. Maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics in Greenhouse while influencing senior leaders and using AI to improve recruiting workflows. This is a six-month contract with potential extension or conversion.

Leads the design and hands-on development of production AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, self-improving evaluation loops, open-model integration, multimodal and voice pipelines, and full-stack applications. Engages strategic customers through discovery, workshops, prototypes, and production deployments. Sets technical direction, mentors solutions engineers, develops SambaStack tooling, publishes reference architectures, and communicates product feedback to engineering and product teams.

Own and grow SambaNova’s digital content engine across web, blog, email, SEO, and demand-generation campaigns. Responsibilities include managing the editorial calendar, conducting keyword research, optimizing web content, writing technical and marketing assets, developing landing pages and nurture sequences, editing contributor content, and measuring performance with analytics. The role partners with product marketing, demand generation, design, communications, and developer relations to increase organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and pipeline.

Owns the SambaNova web ecosystem and partner portal roadmap, including project intake, prioritization, timelines, CMS page creation, QA, governance, performance, analytics, accessibility, SEO, testing, and conversion optimization. Coordinates designers, developers, agencies, content, marketing operations, and translation providers while managing technical requirements, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and reporting on web performance.

Own and scale SambaNova’s global partner marketing strategy, developing joint go-to-market campaigns, demand programs, enablement, events, ABM initiatives, and field activations with technology and ecosystem partners. The role coordinates cross-functional and regional teams, translates technical products into compelling partner stories, establishes marketing frameworks and KPIs, and measures impact on awareness, engagement, target-account penetration, and pipeline.

Lead product marketing strategy for SambaNova’s SambaRack and SambaStack AI infrastructure portfolio. Own positioning, messaging, portfolio narratives, competitive differentiation, launch planning, customer research, sales enablement, market-facing content, and field training. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Communications, Field Marketing, Design, and partners to translate complex hardware-software capabilities into customer value and measurable go-to-market outcomes.
