Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and senior stakeholders to influence product and service strategy, support launches, and act as internal payroll subject matter expert and customer advocate.

Partner with Customer Success to identify and deliver AI use cases: build, test, and operationalize AI agents, automations, and workflows integrated with CS systems (Zendesk, Slack, Notion, CRM). Drive adoption through enablement, define KPIs, measure impact, and translate field intelligence into product and process improvements to move CS from reactive support to proactive operational intelligence.

Drive enterprise pipeline in Australia by prospecting named accounts (1,000+ employees), mapping stakeholders, executing account-based outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn, securing meetings for Account Executives, and collaborating on territory and engagement strategies using sales tech.

Lead a team building the employee data HR management module across frontend and backend. Own technical design, data layer, data flows, infrastructure components, performance optimization, CI/CD, deployment, testing and monitoring. Hire, onboard, mentor engineers and collaborate with Product to define and deliver the roadmap in a cloud-hosted SaaS, microservices environment.
