Lead People and Culture projects while using HRIS technology and data-driven insights to support high-performing teams and a progressive workplace culture.

Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demos, conduct discovery with multi-stakeholder buyers, design integrations and secure solutions, leverage CRM data, mitigate technical risks, provide product feedback, and mentor junior team members to drive successful SaaS mid-market sales outcomes.

Own HiBob’s customer lifecycle marketing strategy for existing B2B SaaS customers. Build segmentation, behavioral triggers, multi-channel adoption journeys, expansion programs, and communication governance across email and in-app experiences. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Marketing, and RevOps to use customer and product data to increase adoption, retention, expansion opportunities, and revenue.

Drive enterprise pipeline for HiBob by researching and mapping named accounts (1,000+ employees), executing account-based multi-channel outreach, engaging stakeholders across HR/Finance/IT/Operations, and booking qualified meetings for Enterprise AEs. Collaborate on territory plans, tailor messaging, use sales technology to scale personalized campaigns, and share feedback to improve strategies.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS customers in Canada, from prospecting and relationship development through product demonstrations, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline through outbound activity, engage decision-makers, assess buying readiness, manage sales data in Salesforce, and network with consultants, partners, influencers, and industry events. Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Business Development representatives to drive new business.

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple complex UK customer payrolls within a managed services bureau. Provide expert guidance on UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, pensions, benefits, share schemes, reconciliations, HMRC compliance, and year-end processing. Resolve complex payroll issues, build trusted customer relationships, analyze discrepancies, collaborate with internal teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.
