Owns cross-business execution for the CEO across CUBE84 and District360, including partner and client interactions, follow-through, vendor coordination, paperwork, internal processes, and US-India team alignment. The role acts as the CEO’s proxy, organizes commitments, resolves ambiguous operational issues, drives recommendations, and closes decisions. Success requires speed, judgment, resilience, financial literacy, and effective use of AI.

Define scalable secure architectures, guide integrations and data migration, mentor development teams, establish governance, and support delivery, DevOps, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of clients onto District360: run discovery and workshops, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, coordinate data migration and validation, configure the product using data modeling principles, collaborate with product and delivery teams, maintain documentation and playbooks, and act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and client success.

Solicit referrals for candidates who do not match current openings. Capture profiles in the talent pipeline and notify the referrer and candidate if a suitable role becomes available.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across GCP and AWS. Containerize applications with Docker and run production Kubernetes. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, documentation, and cost management.

Lead UX discovery and wireframing: audit products, analyze competitors and analytics, define IA, sitemaps, user journeys, and low/mid-fidelity wireframes. Run stakeholder workshops, manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with UI and dev teams, and use AI tools to speed research and documentation.

Serve as HR business partner to align people strategy with business goals. Drive workforce planning, performance management, engagement and retention, compensation parity, org design, career pathing and succession. Coach managers, support hiring with Talent Acquisition, lead change management, and handle sensitive employee relations while ensuring legal compliance.
