Work directly with the CEO Office and executive leadership to define strategy and drive cross-functional, high-priority initiatives (global expansion, product scaling, regulatory infrastructure, commercial GTM, M&A, AI transformation). Frame problems, align stakeholders, and move complex projects from idea to measurable outcomes across product, engineering, finance, legal, and regional teams.

Build and maintain Airwallex's iOS app: design and implement enterprise iOS applications and libraries, define requirements with product and business teams, own full-cycle product development, refactor for maintainability and extensibility, integrate data protection and regulatory best practices, and ensure high test coverage and CI/CD automation.

Own and execute the partnerships strategy for Germany (DACH), identify and build partner portfolios across travel, SaaS and e‑commerce, design scalable partner programmes, collaborate with Marketing/Sales/Strategy, and represent Airwallex at industry events.

Lead a global QA team covering AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring, underwriting and fraud risk. Design and run a comprehensive QA framework, perform monthly testing, identify risks and root causes, report outcomes to leadership, track remediation to closure, and provide data-driven insights to support operational excellence and projects.

Lead growth and market expansion for China venture partnerships by developing strategic plans, building relationships with startups, PE/VC/CVC firms, coordinating commercial activities, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and tracking performance metrics to drive brand presence and market penetration.

Sell Airwallex FX & Payment API to APAC enterprise customers. Own full deal cycle from prospecting to go-live, build and manage pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, hit volume and revenue targets, and develop vertical-specific go-to-market strategies.

Own the full sales cycle for SME and growth customers: prospect, pitch, solution, negotiate, close, onboard, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and drive new revenue.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for identity, authentication, authorization, account recovery, and notifications. Balance onboarding conversion, security, fraud prevention, and compliance while building scalable platform APIs/SDKs and cross-functional solutions across regions.

Own end-to-end design and development of scalable payment and treasury systems, shape APIs and architecture, drive production excellence, and collaborate cross-functionally to build customer-facing fintech solutions and AI-enabled automation.

Own accounts payable operations across entities, ensuring compliance with controls and SOX, resolving vendor queries, performing month- and year-end reconciliations, supporting audits, driving process improvements and automations, and mentoring junior team members while partnering with internal stakeholders.
