Lead creator, influencer, media and affiliate strategies for Greater China to drive brand authority and demand. Source and manage KOL/KOC networks, build media and ecosystem partnerships, grow performance affiliate programs, and optimize campaigns via data (views, CPR, CPE, leads). Serve as liaison between global marketing and local sales to ensure brand safety and ROI.

Lead design and delivery of scalable cloud infrastructure for the Spend product. Embed with development teams to drive reliability, performance, observability, incident response, and automation. Own SLOs, runbooks, DevOps metrics, and collaborate with central DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and resilience. Lead infrastructure projects including new service launches, data centre migrations, and modernising data pipelines.

Manage a portfolio of industry customers acquired by sales teams; develop retention, renewal, and upsell plans; lead and coach a team to drive sustained transactions, revenue, and product adoption. Understand cross-border payments, FX risk, and industry pain points (import-export e-commerce, digital media, B2B trade, logistics); collaborate with product teams to refine solutions, improve customer experience, and track industry trends to support business growth.

Qualify and convert inbound SME leads through the full sales cycle: outreach, product demonstrations, closing accounts, and onboarding. Provide product expertise, resolve support inquiries, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing, account executives, compliance, and global teams to optimize processes and customer experience.

Support China regulatory compliance for Airwallex's non-bank payment operations: monitor PRC payment and cross-border FX rules, advise product and business teams, maintain licenses and filings, draft policies and controls, run compliance training and reviews, and coordinate regulator and group-wide compliance matters.

Lead design and build of high-performance distributed data infrastructure and AI enablement platforms. Optimize systems internals and JVM performance, implement lakehouse and real-time streaming, develop scalable vector indexing and AI knowledge platform, own SDLC for petabyte-scale systems across global regions, drive engineering best practices, and mentor mid-level engineers.

Lead modelling and analysis roadmap for FX products: forecast and monitor FX volatility, optimise trade execution with statistical/ML models, run customer and profitability analyses, and partner with product, trading, risk, and engineering to translate insights into trading and product decisions.
