Support Singapore’s outbound sales team by managing sales operations projects, territory and vertical planning, forecasting, process optimization, CRM workflows, and performance analysis. Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Strategy teams to execute outbound campaigns, improve pipeline generation, nurture prospect relationships, and increase operational scalability and efficiency.

Build and evolve Identity and Access Management and account infrastructure. Design scalable, highly available authentication and authorization systems, champion code quality, performance and security, and use data to measure and optimize IAM products.

Lead Growth engineering: define technical strategy and roadmap, own architecture and system quality, drive delivery practices, ensure production reliability and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to build scalable, API- and integration-heavy systems that optimize user acquisition and onboarding.
