Owns compensation, benefits, and equity programs across the Americas, including pay structures, market benchmarking, annual cycles, benefits renewals, stock administration, compliance, and IPO readiness. Sell payment acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management solutions to SME and growth customers. Generate pipeline, exceed revenue targets, provide consultative technical and commercial guidance, negotiate contracts with internal teams, support industry events and partners, and improve scalable sales processes.

Lead partner acquisition and management in Japan across accounting, startups, and ecommerce. Own full partnership lifecycle (prospect, contract, integrate, onboard, activate), drive referral-sourced revenue, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain long-term partner engagement while contributing strategic initiatives to expand the partner network.

Lead product and infrastructure security efforts: design and deploy controls, perform incident response and threat hunting, build detections, conduct forensic analysis, assess systems for vulnerabilities, and partner with engineering to remediate and harden services.

Own full sales cycle for venture-backed startups in Singapore: source prospects, close deals, onboard customers, and grow accounts. Translate Airwallexs AI finance (AgentOS) into concrete use cases, run demos/discovery, build VC partnerships, seed customer stories, and represent the company at community events.

Lead and scale enterprise risk management across Lithuania and EMEA: translate board-approved risk appetite into decision-making, enhance governance, reporting and oversight, support risk-informed change for products/markets/systems, and strengthen crisis management. Advise senior stakeholders, prepare risk papers, liaise with regulators (including Bank of Lithuania), and drive automation and tooling for scalable risk oversight.
