Plan and execute system, functional, integration, and end-to-end tests across autonomous drone hardware and software. Troubleshoot issues in laboratory and field environments, analyze logs and test results, perform basic API testing, use Linux and simulators, and track defects in Jira. Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, integration, and operations teams during trials and system integration activities.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, resilient distributed backend systems for autonomous platforms. Lead architecture, implement real-time communication, telemetry and SDKs, ensure scalability, observability, and reliability across heterogeneous devices and fleets.

Tracks and expedites open purchase orders with local and international suppliers, coordinates delivery dates, manages order changes and delays, updates ERP records, and reports on supplier performance. The coordinator collaborates with warehouse, production, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve supply issues, supports buyers, and contributes to procurement process improvements.

Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex hardware, software, networking and integration issues for autonomous drone systems. Troubleshoot, perform RCA, support mission-critical incidents, validate integrations and deployments, develop playbooks, and collaborate with R&D and field teams to improve operational reliability.

Develop and integrate real-time mission control logic for autonomous UAS: implement guidance algorithms, integrate with Pixhawk and NVIDIA Jetson, optimize MAVLink communications, maintain control loops, and validate in field trials and simulation.

Develop, update, and maintain technical and operational documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, user guides). Collect and structure technical information from engineers and SMEs, format documents to standards in Word, create and update diagrams in Visio, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency for intended audiences.

Lead system engineering for ArduPilot-based UAVs including preliminary design, propulsion and avionics architecture, flight-control and stability analysis, PID tuning, sensor and communications integration, performance and endurance analysis, and support for integration, ground testing, and flight testing in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
