We looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to expedite and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, addressing exceptions, and providing ongoing support to the organization’s needs.
The role serves as a key link between the Procurement team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of service and continuously improving supplier delivery performance.

Responsibilities- Daily tracking of all open purchase orders.
- Ongoing communication with local and international suppliers to expedite deliveries and obtain status updates.
- Identifying delivery delays and supply risks and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Handling expediting, postponements, and changes to purchase orders.
- Updating delivery information in the ERP system.
- Generating tracking and control reports on open purchase orders and supplier performance.
- Collaborating with Warehouse, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supply issues.
- Supporting Buyers in handling operational matters with suppliers.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives and procurement process optimization.
- At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Procurement Expediting, Logistics, or Supply Chain – an advantage.
- Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle / Priority) – a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good command of English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and under pressure.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills Required
