Lead end-to-end logistics strategy for global inbound/outbound flows, build scalable carrier/broker networks, run RFQs, optimize network design and landed cost, ensure trade and regulatory compliance, implement TMS and dashboards, audit carrier invoices, and partner with finance, operations, and engineering to support high-volume manufacturing ramp.

Design, develop, and integrate automated inline and end-of-line electrical test systems for battery manufacturing. Collect and analyze test data, establish pass/fail criteria, commission production lines, create test documentation, and improve test coverage and equipment reliability.

Design, develop, and deploy manufacturing test hardware, software, and data systems for cell, module, and pack-level testing. Build scalable test architectures (HMI/PLC, MES, databases), create fixtures and instrumentation, validate equipment, lead production readiness and PFMEA decisions, produce documentation and training, and troubleshoot test systems during ramp and production.

Lead equipment engineering for high-volume battery manufacturing: own performance and reliability, drive OEE-based improvements, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/controls issues, develop tooling and CAD designs, support commissioning and ramp, and provide hands-on floor support to minimize downtime and increase throughput.

Lead commissioning, operation, execution, and reporting for multi-pack integrated test assets. Architect test plans, run test campaigns, perform RCA across hardware/software, manage infrastructure and safety, synthesize data into reports/dashboards, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Lead design, prototyping, and release of module and enclosure components focusing on manufacturability, weight, cost, and performance. Drive CAD/BOM change management, DFMEA and risk reduction, supplier engagement, validation testing, and production transition support.

Lead quality process development and continuous improvement across product lifecycle from R&D to SOP. Develop measurement/inspection methods, support PFMEA/Control Plan updates, drive SPC and DOE analysis, resolve manufacturing non-conformances, and collaborate with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, suppliers, and operations to improve reliability and manufacturability.
