Lead global sourcing for construction, tool installation, and facilities services. Develop category strategy, run RFIs/RFPs, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, set KPIs/SLAs, manage supplier performance and QBRs, implement risk mitigation, and partner with facilities, engineering, project management, legal, and finance to align sourcing with project timelines.

Serve as the finance partner to manufacturing and supply chain leadership to scale mass production. Lead financial planning, cost accounting, inventory valuation, CapEx and fixed-asset management, build an operations finance team, ensure accurate close and SOX controls, and provide decision support and capital allocation analyses for manufacturing expansions.

Lead process optimization and scale-up for iron-air battery manufacturing: improve yield, throughput, quality, and cost through data-driven analysis, root-cause investigations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects while ensuring safety and leveraging PLM/MES/ERP systems.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state manufacturing workforce, ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, ADP vendor governance, time-clock integrations, month-end payroll accounting, audits, and process automation while partnering with HR and Finance.
