Lead and mentor a Cart & Checkout engineering team, drive delivery of secure, scalable software, partner with product and vendors, ensure observability and automation, support production systems, and evaluate/adopt enterprise technologies.

Support supplier onboarding and dropship assortment expansion by managing projects, troubleshooting item/data issues, engaging internal and external partners, measuring program performance, and authoring process/training materials to improve online product availability and supplier experience.

Lead internal communications strategy for Supply Chain and Interconnected teams; counsel leadership, design and execute integrated communications campaigns, manage a team of three, coordinate vendors and budgets, measure results and provide recommendations to improve engagement and operations.

Manage and improve services operations processes for Services Online Merchandising. Drive process improvements and projects, analyze performance and industry data, create project plans, train and support field/service providers, resolve issues and roadblocks, and enable sales growth through cross-functional collaboration.
