Work with Gallup consultants to analyze employee and customer data, uncover insights, and present recommendations to client leaders. Design research solutions, prepare presentations, support client engagements, and grow expertise in workplace analytics and Gallup methodologies through mentorship and hands-on projects.

Lead end-to-end business development across French-speaking markets, conducting executive discovery, shaping proposals, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, managing pipeline and bookings, and serving as a strategic adviser to grow multiyear client relationships.

Lead and hands-on build Gallup's production mobile apps and supporting backend services. Own iOS/Android architecture, performance, release discipline, and roadmap.
