As a consulting analyst at Gallup, you’ll collaborate with the most engaged associates in the world in operations, business development and consulting. Together, you will provide the analytics and advice that help our clients sustain and grow thriving businesses. You will be involved in the initial stages of client projects to understand needs, uncover opportunities and advise on the best practices for meaningful results. Then, you will contribute to the implementation, analysis and deliverables. Clients and coworkers will appreciate your professional presence, critical thinking and data analysis skills as you make important data-backed discoveries.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse employee and customer data to deliver powerful insights that help organisations solve their most pressing business challenges 
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to design research solutions, prepare compelling presentations and support client engagements that drive real change 
  • Grow your expertise in workplace analytics, behavioural economics and Gallup’s science-based methodologies through hands-on project work and mentorship

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least two years of relevant research work experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel required
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Sydney office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
