The Product Marketing Manager will shape messaging for Protolabs' products, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and revenue.

Design and maintain automated data quality, testing, monitoring, and alerting frameworks across the data platform. Build statistical anomaly detection and validation controls, embed quality into CI/CD, investigate incidents with root-cause analysis, and partner with analytics and engineering teams to improve data reliability, dashboards, and operational processes.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search). Architect cloud-native AI solutions, drive MLOps, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile delivery.

Build and support ML/DL systems end-to-end for manufacturing use cases: problem framing, experimentation, and production deployment. Work on domain-specific problems like manufacturability analysis, predictive maintenance, and automated part routing to ship solutions running in live production.

Lead testing efforts for Corporate Systems: create test cases, perform manual testing, execute automated tests, and own quality for large features end-to-end, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for GTM using Apex, LWC, Flow Builder and integrations. Partner with product and platform teams, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, support governance, CI/CD, and drive automation and platform improvements across global teams.

Build and operate infrastructure and tooling for GenAI/ML across the full lifecycle: data ingestion, model training, deployment, and ongoing reliability, observability, and scalability. Collaborate with ML, backend, and platform teams to deliver self-hosted AI platform capabilities.
