12-month industrial training role supporting Puma India finance. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, variance and COGS analysis, management reporting, audit documentation, process automation, and dashboard development (Excel/Power BI). Integrate cross-functional inputs, identify bottlenecks, schedule stage-gates, drive alignment and accountability, improve governance, reporting and dashboards, and represent calendar process in leadership forums to ensure on-time product, marketing, and commercial delivery.

Lead Sportstyle marketing planning and execution, manage product launches, campaigns and retail activations, drive consumer storytelling across channels, manage projects and cross‑functional alignment, monitor campaign performance, and coach junior team members.
