Manage assigned customer orderbooks, including sales and bulk orders, throughout the full order lifecycle. Coordinate with Sales, planning, procurement, compliance, credit, allocations, and warehousing teams; resolve order issues and chargeback disputes; analyze orderbooks; execute plans supporting customer requirements and sales goals; present monthly KPIs; and manage daily EDI uploads. Serve as the primary liaison between accounts and internal teams, with potential domestic business travel.
