Manage and coordinate an Investor Services team (2+ direct reports), act as primary client contact, oversee regulatory and corporate governance matters, ensure timely delivery of investor services (subscriptions, redemptions, AML/KYC, cash flows), mentor staff, develop procedures, and liaise with other departments and offshore teams to resolve escalations and run client-facing meetings.

Lead product and go-to-market efforts for tokenizing funds on blockchain. Build client materials, design roadmaps, coordinate tech/ops/compliance integration, support pilots, oversee client onboarding and fund launches, and track regulations and market trends to shape strategy.

Operate and improve the reliability, availability, and security of a FedRAMP High cloud platform as an SRE/L3 escalation point. Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, lead incident response and RCA, build runbooks, enhance observability and automation, support deployments, and ensure compliance while partnering with engineering teams to reduce toil and improve resilience.
