Coordinates Workday resource management operations, including Jira ticket queues, staffing assignments, backfills, forecasting, time-entry compliance, contractor submissions, availability tracking, utilization reporting, and process adherence. Lead multiple concurrent Workday engagements (Launch Flex/Express, Phase X, AMS), manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance; serve as client liaison; ensure customer satisfaction and resource allocation; contribute to Workday practice development.

Provide post-go-live production support for Workday Financials, consult on multiple client engagements, design/configure and assist testing and deployments, partner with engagement managers and sales, maintain forecasts, advise on Workday best practices, and build strong client relationships.
