Provides post-go-live Workday production support for Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking clients. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, prototyping, testing, production deployment, client advising, project coordination, forecasting, sales support, demonstrations, and Workday best-practice recommendations. Build, validate, and deploy data conversion, business process, and reporting solutions; guide requirements, configuration, testing, and production deployment; collaborate with engagement and sales teams; maintain project forecasts; advise on Workday best practices; and support client relationships.

Manage existing PeopleSoft accounts, drive AWS cloud modernization and migration, acquire new clients, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
