Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Commure’s healthcare AI platform, from pipeline generation and consultative selling through contract negotiation and closure. Build executive relationships within large healthcare systems, achieve revenue targets, close $1M+ deals, and expand existing accounts. Manage forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce, develop strategic sales plans, identify buying influences, and deliver tailored solutions that drive client outcomes.

Own end-to-end development of high-traffic claims, appointments, and payment-posting workflows. Build scalable full-stack features, APIs, data models, tests, dashboards, logging, and alerting for data-dense healthcare billing surfaces. Collaborate with product, design, and billing operations, review code and designs, improve technical standards, and mentor teammates. The role also involves bulk processing, healthcare billing integrations, and selectively deploying LLM-powered productivity features.

Build and operate production AI email agents for healthcare RCM: design agent harnesses, backend APIs (Python/FastAPI), React operator interfaces, PostgreSQL schemas, integrations, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and reliability. Own end-to-end projects, work with RCM operators, and iterate rapidly on product and production outcomes.

Own and evolve Commure’s foundational cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform. Responsibilities include managing multi-cloud infrastructure with IaC, operating Kubernetes fleets, building self-service developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines, managing GitOps deployments, designing service mesh and networking systems, operating observability platforms, and implementing zero-trust access. The role partners with Security on secrets, policy-as-code, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance while making architecture decisions and operating systems end to end.

Own end-to-end customer implementation and launch of Athelas Air EHR. Map clinical and administrative workflows, translate needs into technical specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, develop scalable launch playbooks, improve operational processes, build Retool applications, and support go-live adoption. Track issue-resolution SLAs and customer adoption metrics while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support.
