Partner with senior and executive leaders to design and deliver leadership development, executive and physician coaching, team effectiveness interventions, and enterprise learning solutions. Drive alignment of learning strategies with business priorities, facilitate executive-level coaching and assessments, and manage programs to build organizational capability and culture.
