Lead AI initiatives for Human Capital by identifying high-impact use cases, designing Python-based prototypes, integrating AI features with product and engineering teams, evaluating AI tools, shaping AI strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires translating business needs into practical solutions and collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provides on-site and remote technology support for the founder and family office; researches and evaluates technology products; configures and troubleshoots devices; develops workflow applications and administration tools; applies cybersecurity best practices; uses generative AI to improve development and automation; and contributes to firmwide technology projects.

Support Investor Relations and External Communications by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate commercial insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analyses, present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and work with international data and software teams to improve data systems and client relationship management.
