Entry-level role supporting BI team by building and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models under guidance. Learn Excel (advanced formulas, intro to VBA), DAX, Power Query, and basic SQL. Support CRM reporting and automation, assist AI adoption (Claude) and SharePoint knowledge management, validate report accuracy, gather reporting requirements, and participate in training and mentorship. Develop insurance industry familiarity.

Supports commercial insurance accounts by handling coverage inquiries, client requests, certificates, renewal packages, policies, endorsements, invoicing, reporting, and account receivables. Maintains client and underwriter relationships, identifies client needs, supports submissions and business development, and delivers responsive service across a busy mid-market book of business.

Sell group home and auto insurance by working inbound and generated leads, assessing client needs, preparing quotes, explaining coverage and pricing, closing policies, and cross-selling additional coverage. The role also involves managing client inquiries, maintaining product expertise, developing referral and community relationships, and representing HUB at client visits, industry events, and networking functions.

Service assigned commercial insurance accounts alongside a Producer, analyze coverage, prepare proposals and transactions, develop relationships and new business from existing accounts and leads, maintain agency data, and ensure accurate client servicing and compliance with company policies.

Advises clients on benefits strategies, funding alternatives, regulatory changes, benchmarking, and available resources while partnering with producers, analysts, vendors, and internal teams.

Processes and reconciles high-volume ACH, wire, EFT, credit card, and other cash receipts. Identifies and resolves unapplied cash, reconciles payment batches and accounting entries, maintains payment logs, processes returned EFTs, approves outgoing ACH payments, and documents transactions. The role collaborates with accounting, collections, payables, treasury, and operations teams while monitoring inquiries and meeting service-level deadlines.

Services commercial insurance accounts by processing policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing, claims intake, and client correspondence. Supports Account Managers and Executives, coordinates with carriers and finance companies, maintains electronic files, reconciles fleet schedules, prepares proposals, and handles administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, and commercial lines insurance experience.

Sell commercial insurance products and services by prospecting for new clients, educating clients on coverage and offerings, preparing contracting paperwork, providing quotes and follow-up, maintaining client records, supporting existing clients, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets. The role also requires ongoing industry education and current knowledge of business partners and products.
