Manage and retain assigned employee benefits accounts by acting as the technical broker-consultant. Oversee client relationships, design insurance programs, coordinate carrier marketing and risk control, deliver stewardship and renewal services, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Ensure timely deliverables, receivable management, and compliance with systems and regulations.

Supports producers and account executives, prepares policy documentation and proposals, evaluates coverage options, resolves complex client, claims, and billing issues, and identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role also coordinates client meetings, maintains broker management system records, liaises with carriers, and mentors junior colleagues.

Manages specialty insurance client renewals from start to finish, including policy records, coverage summaries, endorsements, invoices, premium financing, payments, submissions, and proposals. Coordinates with internal departments, insurance carriers, underwriters, and clients; reviews policies, resolves discrepancies, negotiates renewal terms, confirms binding instructions, and ensures timely documentation and communication. Requires strong customer service, organization, urgency, problem-solving, deadline management, bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, and insurance industry experience.

Manages commercial insurance accounts by supporting clients and account executives, processing endorsements, policies, payments, renewals, audits, loss runs, and insurance documentation. Reviews market quotes, prepares renewal and new-business proposals, presents coverage options, coordinates policy binding, and resolves client or insurer inquiries. Requires commercial lines insurance knowledge, Florida licensing, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; EPIC experience is preferred.

Supports employee benefits financial management by maintaining client plan cost data, preparing periodic financial reports, benchmarking benefit costs, assisting with renewals and client budgets, evaluating vendor proposals, resolving reporting issues, and researching health and welfare benefits strategies. The role also develops relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams while contributing to benefit plan competitiveness and organizational improvement.

Provides administrative and quality-control support for the Personal Lines team, including agency management system reporting, book roll and book thinning projects, documentation updates, procedure distribution, and KPI tracking. The role requires familiarity with personal lines insurance forms, coverages, markets, and agency workflows while maintaining accurate, confidential, customer-focused service. An active Producer license or ability to obtain one within six months is required.

Supports commercial insurance account management by servicing client inquiries, preparing certificates, policy changes, renewals, quotes, proposals, and premium financing. Maintains accurate account records, audits policies and endorsements, assists with carrier marketing and premium collection, and provides professional service to clients and business partners while meeting production and retention goals.
