Processes, validates, reconciles, and supports fund, portfolio, positions, and exposures data for clients. Uses AI-assisted tools and automation to improve data capture, quality, and scalability; identifies and pilots process improvements; coordinates projects across Data, Engineering, Product, and Consulting; manages client inquiries, reporting, custom data requirements, research programs, and tooling integrations; and helps clients optimize their transparency-data workflows.

Supports client onboarding, data configuration, user access administration, and platform operations. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams, project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication. Provides client and internal user support, resolves data and process issues, maintains quality controls, and contributes to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and comfort managing concurrent priorities across global teams.

Support cross-product analytical validation from a quantitative finance perspective, identify quality improvements, and promote modular architecture and reuse. Enable AI-driven workflows by defining best practices, evaluating use cases against governance standards, and transitioning manual processes to automation. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and platform teams to apply consistent quality and architecture standards across business lines.

Manage and grow an international sell-side client portfolio in Hong Kong, focusing on broker-dealers, market makers, securities firms, and offshore Chinese institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, account planning, product presentations, contract negotiation, sales closing, revenue growth, and client feedback. The role covers MSCI index subscription data, research licenses, and financial product licensing while coordinating with Client Service, Legal, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
