Owns full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple functions, serving as a 360 recruiter and strategic advisor to senior hiring managers. Responsibilities include sourcing, market mapping, intake sessions, candidate experience, offer negotiation, ATS reporting, employer branding, inclusive hiring, and partnership with HR, compensation, and immigration teams. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, opportunity qualification, client engagement, sales support, market and competitor research, campaign execution, CRM management, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and coordination with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Client Service teams.

Develop AI-native data pipelines and production models that measure portfolio exposure to emerging risks and structural themes. Apply large language models and NLP to text analysis, classification, and information extraction. Translate qualitative concepts into taxonomies, decision frameworks, prompts, and operational rules for scalable LLM pipelines. Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to convert research prototypes into transparent, production-ready systems for investment decision support.

Supports new client onboarding, client data configuration, user access administration, and data quality across Private i and Total Plan platforms. Responds to client and internal support requests, tracks interactions in CRM tools, resolves discrepancies, meets deadlines, and contributes to process improvements and technology adoption. Collaborates globally while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.

Provide on-site IT and workplace technology support for MSCI’s Tokyo office, including endpoint troubleshooting, device provisioning, incident management, Microsoft 365, networking, AV systems, conferences, and VIP events. Coordinate with Japanese-speaking vendors, building management, telecom providers, and global infrastructure teams. Support office technology projects, moves, upgrades, automation initiatives, root-cause resolution, and knowledge management while assisting remote and regional users.

Implement and onboard clients to MSCI Analytics Solutions by defining requirements, delivering functional and analytical training, troubleshooting issues, coordinating cross-functional escalations, and documenting onboarding specifications. Serve as a subject matter expert in portfolio and risk management use cases, communicate implementation health to management, and identify product enhancements based on client needs.

Leads global data operations, automation, transitions, quality assurance, SLA delivery, process optimization, and team development. Manages teams across geographies, establishes workflows, KPIs, training plans, and scorecards, and drives data transformation initiatives with technology, project management, and data science partners. Analyzes datasets and processes to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and quality improvements. Requires strong financial services knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, ML, or RPA.

Support APAC marketing campaigns, events, digital assets, reporting, market research, content localization, vendor coordination, lead tracking, and administrative tasks. The intern will collaborate with regional marketing teams across Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Greater China while contributing to client engagement and brand visibility.
