Sell structural design software to small and mid-sized construction and engineering businesses. Responsibilities include converting qualified leads, acquiring new customers, consulting with decision-makers, demonstrating value and ROI, preparing sales quotes, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline in a CRM. The role collaborates with Sales Engineers and the wider AECO sales organization. It is based in the Leeds office four days per week with 10% travel.

Provide 2nd-line technical support and training for electrical design software and hardware, handling customer inquiries, CRM tickets, defect tracking, and liaising with development. Test software releases, assist with documentation, produce reports, and support sales and internal teams to resolve defects and improve products.

Lead North America general ledger operations, manage a team of accountants, oversee month-end close in the ERP, ensure SOX compliance and controls, coordinate audits, prepare financial and management reporting, and drive process improvements across accounting interfaces.
