In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing the digital backbone for the world’s most critical infrastructure, directly influencing the efficiency of highways and smart cities while shaping the future of sustainable public assets.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Streamline your daily workflow using coding assistants and agents to write clean code, generate meaningful tests, and document work with high efficiency
Build, test, and deploy impactful features for our cloud platforms within a dynamic sprint-based environment
Participate in discovery sessions with Product Managers and Senior Engineers, utilising latest AI tools to rapidly prototype innovative ideas
Integrate new AI agents and automation tools into CI/CD pipelines to remove manual overhead and drive continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience:
You have at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field
You possess technical proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
You have a solid foundation in React or Angular and a deep understanding of unit testing and version control
You demonstrate experience or a strong desire to learn coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code to increase development velocity
Bonus Points For:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) to support global-scale applications
Experience in building software solutions for the AECO industry
Logistics:
Location: Cork, Remote. Our team is currently remote but we are growing our team locally to facilitate in-person collaboration.
Travel Requirement: 10%
