Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, posting journal entries, reconciling POS revenue, insurance, utilities, and balance sheet accounts, analyzing variances, and supporting audits and forecasts. The role also improves accounting procedures, uses AI tools for efficiency, partners with Systems, Risk, Treasury, Technology, FP&A, and venue leaders, and supports system implementations and special projects.

Develops and publishes multimedia content, monitors platform trends and performance metrics, optimizes campaigns and budgets, grows audience engagement, and ensures social initiatives align with broader marketing and business goals.

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning supports Topgolf's growth and profitability through strategic initiatives, business analysis, and executive communication, collaborating with leadership to drive success.

Lead cash and liquidity forecasting, manage treasury and revolving credit facility compliance, and run end-to-end capex governance. Partner with business leaders on capital requests, track deployment and returns, produce executive- and board-level financial analysis and presentations, and drive finance/treasury transformation to improve liquidity, working capital, and forecast accuracy.

Lead and own US GAAP financial reporting, consolidation, audits, technical accounting, and financial systems transformation. Manage external audits, strengthen controls, produce stakeholder reporting, advise on complex accounting, and develop the financial reporting team while modernizing close and reporting processes.
