Provide senior legal counsel on reinsurance contracts and LPT transactions, review NDAs/endpoints, advise underwriters and claims on coverage and privacy (GDPR/CCPA), negotiate terms, manage complex matters, and partner with executive leadership to align legal risk with business objectives.

Lead ceded reinsurance placement and analysis, oversee treaty renewals and facultative placements, ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting, partner with underwriting/actuarial/accounting/claims, manage broker and reinsurer relationships, drive reporting standardization and system improvements, and provide subject-matter expertise to support strategic reinsurance solutions.

Process accounts payable transactions across multiple companies, prepare quarterly and annual statement filings, assist with 1099 reporting, process payments (wires/ACH), support reconciliations and administrative accounting tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Planning & Reserving Associate supports financial planning and reserving processes, works with data, and collaborates across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
