Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across multiple divisions in the Central Region. Prepare bids and weekly call reports, prospect and call new and existing customers, attend trade shows and associations, document contract expirations and customer concerns, and coordinate with other departments to meet service requests.

Support recruiters through the backend hiring process: prepare and track offer letters, initiate background checks, drug tests, MVR/DOT applications, manage ATS uploads, coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and third-party systems to ensure timely, positive candidate experiences.

Provide administrative support to the Division VP and Controller, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare communications and reports, manage databases and presentations, plan team events, handle confidential information, and improve administrative systems.

Support the District Controller with monthly close, GL reconciliations, financial projections, variance analysis, budgeting, capital requests, internal controls, inventory counts, reporting, training non-financial staff, and special projects.

Manage monthly close and financial statement preparation, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare budgets and projections, analyze budget vs. actuals and rates, oversee accounting data flow from remote facilities, evaluate internal controls, train non-financial staff on controls, and complete special projects.

Sell commercial and industrial waste removal services using consultative sales. Prospect, cold-call, prepare proposals, manage key accounts and renewals, perform waste stream analysis, and build relationships through events and networking to grow district revenue.

Supervise daily waste collection operations and drivers, perform field inspections and audits, manage staffing and routing, handle customer complaints, support safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA), participate in P&L reviews, and develop short- and long-term operational goals with management.
