Provides customer service and sales support for inside sales teams and outside service providers. Manages order-to-invoice processes, expedites, backlog reports, work orders, delivery documentation, RMAs, and field quality requests. Uses Excel and Oracle to resolve discrepancies, track KPIs, improve on-time delivery, and coordinate timely follow-through among sales teams, test houses, warehouses, and end customers.

Manages assigned customer accounts, develops sales strategies, drives solutions selling, and supports quoting, pricing, order fulfillment, delivery, quality, credit, and invoicing processes. Coordinates internal teams, suppliers, and customers to improve margins, market share, inventory integrity, and long-term partnerships. Build long-term customer and supplier relationships, identify new business and upsell opportunities, address component supply challenges, execute targeted sales campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM records. Plans, executes, monitors, and delivers complex IT projects from scoping through deployment. Manages project plans, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional global teams, provides status and financial reporting, supports testing and production implementation, ensures PMO governance compliance, and drives accountability and continuous improvement across Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

Provides technical leadership and customer support across pre- and post-sales activities. Drives demand creation and design wins by promoting Arrow engineering services, supporting customer designs, and applying solution-selling strategies. Partners with sales, suppliers, and engineering teams; manages stakeholder relationships; develops technical plans; attends trainings and strategic meetings; participates in customer calls and organizes engineering events.

Manages supplier master data creation, maintenance, updates, and issue resolution across Oracle, Navision, and Microsoft Dynamics. Supports Accounts Payable and Procurement, advises employees on supplier and customer creation procedures, analyzes AP information, performs adjustments, maintains request forms, identifies data improvements, and assists with audits. Requires accuracy, problem-solving, communication, English fluency, and familiarity with ERP and office systems.

Manages general ledger accuracy, month-end close, statutory and corporate reporting, tax calculations, VAT and Intrastat compliance, reconciliations, consolidation, audits, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, hedging, and process improvements for Italian and European entities. Provides accounting support to the finance team and Accounting Manager. Requires accounting knowledge, Excel and ERP proficiency, regulatory expertise, and fluency in English and Italian.

Lead digital analytics efforts: build data products, troubleshoot tracking and instrumentation, integrate external data, deliver reports and ad hoc analyses, and drive cross-functional recommendations to inform global marketing strategy.

Support sales and technical teams in identifying and designing cybersecurity solutions, prepare technical presentations and demos, collaborate across presales and sales cycles with account managers, partners, and manufacturers, and build relationships with customers while learning cybersecurity technologies and market trends.

Design, develop, test and document software solutions for Oracle EBS (Order to Cash / Procure to Pay). Manage full SDLC, troubleshoot bugs, support upgrades, convert business requirements to technical/functional specifications, coordinate stakeholders across time zones, and mentor junior team members.
