Support EMEA customers from the Harlow Centre of Excellence by generating and growing sales across the product line, managing quotations, orders and invoicing, coordinating suppliers, developing customer and supplier relationships, and meeting sales and profit targets.

Maintain and control the general ledger for assigned entities, perform month-end close (accruals/prepayments), prepare internal and statutory reporting, VAT/Intrastat filings, tax and consolidation tasks, SOX controls, hedging/revaluation, fixed asset management, audit support, reconciliations, variance analysis, process improvements, and occasional travel.

Lead and manage a sales team to drive business growth through budgeting, planning, goal-setting, customer and supplier relationship development, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. Oversee team results, review business performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet short- and long-term objectives.

Lead digital analytics efforts: build data products, troubleshoot tracking and instrumentation, integrate external data, deliver reports and ad hoc analyses, and drive cross-functional recommendations to inform global marketing strategy.

Develop and maintain technical customer relationships, identify and drive demand for electronic components, translate customer needs into solutions, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and stay current on product lines through training.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set and monitor credit limits, manage collections and receivables, resolve credit issues, develop internal risk models/tools, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to support credit strategy and onboarding.

Lead and conduct internal compliance investigations in India and support APAC; implement and maintain India compliance framework; manage third-party due diligence and training; advise stakeholders and support audits, regulatory inspections, and policy localization.

Provide in-office production support and on-call troubleshooting for mission-critical Java/Spring applications; debug Oracle PL/SQL, implement fixes, support upgrades, guide developers, manage tickets to SLA, and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts: process orders, enter sales into ERP, manage backlog, handle RMAs, resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, assist quoting, and liaise between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and billing.

Perform AML/ABAC third-party screening and due diligence using Arrow tools and public sources. Document findings, assess sanctions, proliferation, bribery, money‑laundering and boycott risks, make onboarding decisions per policy, and recommend mitigation measures. Support 3rd-party control and meet deadlines.
