Job Description:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering IT projects that support business objectives and strategic initiatives. This role manages projects of moderate to high complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations. The IT Project Manager develops and maintains project plans, manages scope, schedule, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements, while providing regular status reporting and executive communication. The role facilitates decision-making, drives accountability across project teams, ensures adherence to IT PMO governance processes and standards, and supports portfolio visibility through accurate project data, financial tracking, and reporting. The IT Project Manager works independently with limited supervision, escalates risks and issues appropriately, and contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and methodologies. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches in a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and budget and resource estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. They proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases. Projects include cross functional, cross geographic and more complex projects. Development of collaborative project plans delivery schedules.
Managing project resources in a cross-functional global environment.
Budget Management.
Delivers effective communication strategies from Project team member to Project stakeholders and providing effective status reports.
Manages and mitigating project risks.
Works with IT SMEs and business stakeholders to provide high level cost estimates for projects.
Create project plans and perform status reporting.
Manage project resources and task completion.
Technical support for testing, production issues & implementation.
Other duties as assigned.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
