Administers and troubleshoots Unix operating systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments supporting DISA’s hybrid cloud. Manages DNS, storage, virtualization, clustering, LDAP, backups, secure remote access, monitoring, scripting automation, vulnerability mitigation, STIG compliance, and incident/change tickets. The role requires on-site support at a DISA location, a DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and Unix operating system certification.

Conduct information system risk assessments, support RMF and certification processes, evaluate vulnerabilities, maintain security documentation, and recommend mitigations for USTRANSCOM systems. Serves as the intermediary between customers and developers, validates requirements through reviews and testing, manages change control, and confirms delivered capabilities meet user needs.

Develops project management plans, oversees PMO personnel, prepares monthly deliverables and progress reports, and participates in required meetings with government and customer representatives. Develops automation solutions, creates logic flows, resolves complex technical problems, and provides technical direction to programmers. Requires extensive application programming experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, certification, and an IT-II or Tier 3 security clearance.

Leads a program supporting DHS counter-UAS, counter-IED, and counter-USS operations. Supervises 25+ analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts; manages customer relationships, finances, schedules, scope, requirements, risks, quality, communications, and deliverables. Oversees program lifecycle activities, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, compliance, team staffing, and growth opportunities. Requires substantial program management experience, an active Secret clearance, STEM education, and travel up to 25%.

Manages a complex cybersecurity task order for the Defense Logistics Agency, coordinating technical solutions, schedules, enterprise integration, and system interfaces. Supports 24x7x365 SIEM monitoring, threat detection, incident response, log and traffic analysis, APT identification, OSINT-informed threat awareness, cybersecurity tool sustainment, and Defense-in-Depth controls. Requires extensive IT and cybersecurity experience, project management and risk credentials, DoD clearance, RMF knowledge, IAM III certification, and Computer Network Defense certification.
