Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using SQL Server, C#/.NET WebAPI, and Angular. Provides solution architecture, UI/UX prototyping, production support, CI/CD and DevOps ownership, and architectural improvements. Mentors junior developers, documents systems, collaborates with business stakeholders, and delivers maintainable solutions across data, business, API, and client layers.

Partner with security, operations, and business units to deliver and support software platforms, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, establish metrics, mentor developers, and ensure documentation, performance optimization, and compliance.

Define and drive strategic direction for private and public cloud infrastructure. Design and implement large-scale cloud, data center, network, storage, and AI solutions. Lead migrations and high-impact projects, enforce security and compliance, optimize performance, produce architecture documentation, and mentor architects and technical staff.
