Manage investment relationships for Turkish private banking clients, providing portfolio advice, asset allocation, capital markets perspectives, and tailored investment solutions across public and private markets. Drive client investment activity, ensure suitability and appropriateness of advised investments, collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists, identify opportunities across mandates and alternatives, and support new client acquisition through pitches. Fluency in Turkish and strong investment knowledge are essential.

Conduct independent research on European securitisation markets, especially CLOs, RMBS, and ABS. Develop investment themes, publish reports, model market data, respond to client inquiries, and present insights on factors affecting bond prices. Use databases, Bloomberg, INTEX, SQL, Python, and VBA to analyze structured finance products and connect performance with macroeconomic trends. Promote research views to internal and external stakeholders while applying AI tools responsibly.

Lead central programme delivery for KYC transformation across Corporate and Investment Bank operations. Own portfolio oversight, delivery assurance, risk and dependency management, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and lead a small PMO team to deliver technology, operations and controls improvements on time.

Oversee European credit financing finance controls, including P&L and balance sheet validation, transaction accounting, capital, risk-weighted assets, impairment reviews, regulatory reporting, and disclosures. Partner with trading, risk, operations, valuations, and global Finance teams. Coordinate offshore ledger production and support accounting, regulatory, technology, and control improvement initiatives.

Coordinate securities trade processing, clearing and settlement, custody operations, FX and cash processing, and regulatory reporting for local and offshore clients. Monitor workflows, volumes, SLAs, controls, operational risks, and issue resolution. Serve as an operational subject-matter expert, support client and stakeholder escalations, maintain contingency coverage, and assist with client migrations and UAT projects.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions for CRM, KYC, regulatory compliance, and sales operations within a regulated financial-services environment. Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical solutions, creating Salesforce code and metadata components, supporting deployments and production environments, collaborating in an agile SDLC, and resolving technical issues. The role requires extensive Salesforce configuration and development experience across Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, integrations, analytics, deployment tools, and responsible AI use.
