Leads industrial automation and controls projects up to $30 million, managing execution plans, schedules, budgets, profitability, risks, procurement, subcontractors, quality, documentation, and client communications. Provides engineering support and leads local and remote engineering teams delivering PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA solutions. Supports proposals, change orders, sales opportunities, mentoring, and customer relationships. The role is hybrid, based in Clarksville, Arkansas, with 25–40% travel to U.S. client sites.

Designs, administers, secures, and maintains WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, VoIP, and remote-access infrastructure across more than 50 locations. Monitors network performance, manages firewalls and switches, leads upgrades and reliability improvements, documents systems, supports information security, gathers requirements, assists with projects, escalates complex issues, mentors team members, and provides onsite, remote, on-call, and emergency support. Occasional travel to branch sites is required.

Lead the design, programming, implementation, testing, commissioning, and qualification of industrial automation systems using PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms. Develop control architectures, documentation, networking systems, and historical data solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, manage project execution and budgets up to $200,000, support customers, and ensure project profitability. Travel up to 25% to client facilities and industrial sites.

Designs and implements industrial control systems, including hardware, software, networks, electrical panels, control logic, PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and user interfaces. Responsibilities include schematics, panel layouts, component configuration, power calculations, risk assessment, system installation, commissioning, startup, debugging, and documentation. The engineer supports automation integration projects across power, life sciences, water, data center, and other industries while meeting scope, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Design, program, and implement control systems and panels including PLC programming, instrumentation, AutoCAD schematics, system checkout/start-up, customer training, and lead smaller projects and teams across manufacturing and data center automation.

Design, program, integrate, commission, and optimize industrial automation systems including PLCs, robotics, motion control, HMIs, and machine vision. Troubleshoot equipment, create electrical/control documentation, support installations/startups, recommend automation upgrades, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.

Designs and implements control systems including PLC programming and SCADA, develops schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD, authors Sequence of Operation, leads design reviews, performs on-site system checkout/start-up, develops record documentation and training, serves as technical lead and manages projects up to $500k including scheduling, purchasing, and subcontractor coordination.

Lead and independently manage multiple small-to-medium controls and automation projects from initiation through completion. Control project costs, schedules, and resources; guide clients on technical decisions; manage vendors and teams; ensure deliverables meet expectations; report progress and act as client representative when needed. Foster team development and maintain compliance with company policies.

The Controls and OT Engineer will develop automation solutions, lead teams, program control systems, and ensure client satisfaction through innovative design and implementation.

Lead execution of controls engineering projects ($20K–$5M) including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontract management, quality, client communication, risk mitigation, staffing, and profitability. Develop project plans, engineering schedules (MS Project), technical documentation, change orders, and mentor engineering teams while identifying sales opportunities.
