Owns and grows strategic channel partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. Develops partner business plans, enables VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and distributors, drives incentives and pipeline generation, manages executive relationships, and delivers revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role also supports forecasting, reporting, market insights, and the evolution of Darktrace’s channel strategy for cybersecurity and AI security.

Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers in Greece, driving retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion. Build strategic relationships with CISOs and security leaders, develop account plans, collaborate with channel partners, and present Darktrace’s AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. The role requires strong B2B account growth experience, commercial motivation, technical confidence, Greek and English fluency, and proximity to Athens. It is remote with uncapped commission and ongoing training.

Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise cybersecurity customers, prospects, partners, and sales teams. Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, executive presentations, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, and technical sales strategy. Support complex cloud and on-premises deployments, partner enablement, and enterprise sales cycles while collaborating with account executives, customer success, professional services, and technical account managers. Travel as needed.

Leads technical pre-sales for net-new cybersecurity business, partnering with Account Executives from discovery through close. Designs solutions across network, cloud, email, identity, endpoint, and attack surface platforms; advises on SIEM, SOAR, and EDR integrations; conducts demos and proofs of concept; aligns solutions to SOC workflows, ROI, and business outcomes; and influences security, IT, cloud, and executive stakeholders.

Leads the technical pre-sales process for new cybersecurity business, partnering with Account Executives from discovery through solution design, evaluation, and close. Architects Darktrace solutions across network, cloud, email, identity, endpoint, and hybrid environments; integrates SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools; delivers demos and proofs of concept; and translates cybersecurity risks into business value for technical and executive stakeholders.

Partner with security and IT stakeholders to drive platform adoption, create technical success plans, identify high-value use cases, monitor product usage and health, mitigate technical risks, support renewals and expansion, and advocate customer technical needs internally.

Partner with customer security and IT teams to drive adoption of Darktrace’s platform, create technical success plans, surface health and risks, accelerate time-to-value, support renewals and expansion, and champion product feedback across internal teams.

Partner with enterprise security and IT teams to drive adoption of Darktrace's platform, create technical success plans, identify high-value use cases, monitor usage and health, mitigate technical blockers, support renewal readiness and expansion, and act as a technical advocate between customers and internal teams.

Provide technical support for Darktrace customers by responding to portal requests, troubleshooting deployments, explaining product features, liaising with development teams, supporting customer-facing deployment activities, and participating in on-call weekend shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Responsible for generating net-new B2B business across Ireland: prospecting, building pipeline, managing full sales cycle, engaging CISOs and IT leaders, demonstrating Darktrace's AI-driven security platform, closing deals, and collaborating with technical teams for demos and proof-of-value engagements.
