The Senior Account Executive will manage relationships with strategic accounts, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while coordinating sales strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.

Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional product development programs for F5 Distributed Cloud. Define scope, schedule, resources and risks; gather product requirements; drive alignment across product, engineering, and operations; monitor progress and recovery strategies; deliver executive reporting and analytics; run program governance and continuous improvement activities.

As a Major Account Manager, you will manage key accounts, develop strategic relationships, and sell F5 solutions to meet revenue goals.

Provide advanced remote technical support for F5 products to federal customers, troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues; manage multiple cases, escalate to engineering, communicate status and resolutions, follow ISO quality procedures, maintain schedule adherence, and participate in ongoing product training. Role requires shift work and on-site presence in Spokane Valley.

Support HR operations across LATAM, Canada and US: maintain Mexico employee files, run HR transactions in Workday/ServiceNow, assist onboarding, audits, employee inquiries, external agency interactions, and mentor team members. Ensure confidentiality, meet SLAs, and adapt to process/system changes.

Senior technical leader advising customers on NVIDIA-powered AI Factories and large-scale GPU infrastructure. Design and validate GPU cloud, Kubernetes, and multi-tenant AI platform architectures; guide networking, security, and operational best practices; lead technical workshops, influence product and sales strategy, and develop repeatable reference architectures and playbooks.

Quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for selling F5 and SaaS solutions to named accounts. Identify and qualify new opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, present proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage full sales cycle, cultivate client and channel relationships, track pipeline and forecasts, and stay current on industry trends and competitors.

Pre-sales technical role supporting sales with F5 solution design, demos, proofs-of-concept, and partner enablement. Advise customers on secure cloud, multi-cloud and container architectures, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive GTM strategies to meet sales targets.

Own product strategy and delivery for WAF capabilities across cloud-native and containerized environments (Nginx, Envoy, Kubernetes). Define AI workload protection requirements, engage customers for feedback, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering and GTM teams, drive adoption, and measure product performance with data-driven insights.

Design and implement scalable, secure application delivery and security solutions using the F5 product suite and cloud-native technologies. Advise clients, lead pre-sales and PoCs, produce solution designs, collaborate on deployments (including Kubernetes and cloud), troubleshoot complex F5 environments, mentor team members, and contribute to product feedback and industry thought leadership.
