Manage resourcing for Professional Services and Training engagements: coordinate scheduling, resolve booking conflicts, forecast and monitor utilization, support engagement lifecycle, mentor specialists, manage subcontractors, and improve resource management processes and month-end activities to ensure timely delivery and revenue recognition.
