Provide APAC technical support for Fortinet endpoint products (FortiEDR/FortiEndpoint). Triage and resolve customer incidents, reproduce issues in lab, analyze system/config data, recommend fixes, lead escalations, produce knowledge articles, and train the team while staying current on endpoint threat trends.

Lead threat intelligence research, build cyber labs and demos, develop CTFs, perform malware reverse engineering and threat hunting, and support presales and executive briefings. Produce thought leadership, train and mentor SEs, and enable SecOps engagements to showcase Fortinet/FortiGuard defenses and adversarial AI mitigations.

Manage direct sales into mid-size enterprise accounts in Comunidad Valenciana. Build pipeline, meet quarterly quotas, develop executive relationships, coordinate RFP/RFI and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close large deals for Fortinet network security products and services.

Design and implement secured enterprise wireless products. Perform Linux kernel and driver development for WiFi chipsets, implement WiFi security protocols, and contribute to network/system design, debugging, and feature development across the product lifecycle.

Pre-sales and field technical lead supporting sales: qualify leads, perform sales calls, explain product features and integrations. Provide wireless and LAN/WAN expertise, perform site surveys, and act as post-sales technical contact to escalate and resolve customer issues and identify training needs.

Manage named accounts to drive Fortinet product deployments. Build executive relationships, generate and qualify pipeline, forecast sales, respond to RFPs/RFIs, negotiate contracts, and execute territory plans to meet quotas.
