Provide technical support for Fortinet FortiGate firewalls: troubleshoot with partners/customers, run real-time and lab tests, reproduce and diagnose issues, recommend fixes, report defects to R&D, and participate in training and knowledge sharing.

Drive new business and grow existing State/Local/Education (SLED) enterprise accounts for Fortinet. Negotiate contracts, respond to RFPs, build pipeline, forecast sales, onboard clients, and collaborate cross-functionally. Regular travel across the assigned territory to support sales activities and large deployments.

Triage and resolve customer incidents, reproduce issues in lab, analyze system/config data, recommend fixes, lead escalations, produce knowledge articles, and train the team while staying current on endpoint threat trends.

Manage an assigned SMB territory: prospect, build and maintain pipeline, drive sales cycles to close, provide presales demos, forecast revenue, track opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinate with channel/reseller partners to meet quotas. Requires outbound/inbound calling, online presentations, travel as needed, and U.S. work authorization.

Lead defense-focused enterprise sales by developing strategic account plans, building executive relationships, managing RFI/RFP and contract responses, negotiating terms, and closing federal deployments of Fortinet cybersecurity solutions while ensuring compliance with national security and standards like NIST and ISO 27001.

Develop, design, test, and maintain embedded software for Fortinet products (FortiAnalyzer), focusing on performance, scalability, bug fixes, database performance tuning, and implementing new features in a Unix/Linux environment.

Manage and close Federal enterprise sales for Fortinet cybersecurity solutions. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, generate pipeline, respond to RFPs/proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve quarterly quotas to drive Federal-wide deployments.

Drive direct sales into assigned SLED (State, Local, Education) accounts across New England, with emphasis on higher education. Develop territory plans, executive relationships, and negotiate contracts to meet quota. Coordinate internal teams for RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and SOWs while promoting Fortinet security solutions.

Provide pre-sales technical consultancy and solution design for enterprise customers, conduct demos/POCs, prepare RFP/RFI/tender responses, and deliver professional services and training for channels and distributors.
