Provide pre-sales technical support and consultancy for very large enterprises: design and propose security solutions, conduct demos/POCs, prepare RFP/RFI/tender responses, and deliver professional services and training to channels and distributors.

Support sales as the main technical pre-sales resource: qualify leads, join sales calls, explain features/integration, and provide post-sales training. Apply networking and security fundamentals across hybrid and cloud environments.

Lead and develop an enterprise sales team to drive quota, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy across assigned region. Manage renewal quota for an assigned territory by driving renewals, collaborating with distributors and partners, supporting upsell/refresh initiatives, maintaining accurate SFDC/Oracle pipeline data, forecasting, and training internal and channel teams to maximize renewal revenue.

Drive direct sales into a defined territory of commercial accounts, build executive relationships by phone, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with Account Managers and partners, and achieve quarterly revenue/quota targets.

Entry-level BDR responsible for researching and prospecting accounts, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, meeting call and pipeline targets, using intent and contact-discovery tools, maintaining CRM (Salesforce), and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to develop strategic approaches.

Support regional sales through technical pre-sales activities: demo, architecture design, PoCs, RfX responses, and integration advice. Act as trusted technical advisor, capture requirements, enable channels, and collaborate with support, engineering, and consulting teams to close strategic security opportunities.

Manage an assigned SMB territory to build and maintain a revenue pipeline: prospect, qualify, forecast, and close deals. Provide presales support, run demos, track opportunities in Salesforce, align with channel/reseller partners, and meet/exceed quotas while traveling as needed.

Develop cross-platform desktop and full-stack web applications (Electron, React/Node.js), implement networking and telephony protocols (VoIP/SIP, XMPP, WebRTC), integrate audio/video codecs, and work with cloud services. Own assigned tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver secure networking/security features.
