Join Fortinets FortiGuard IoC team to build and deploy ML models and AI tools for threat detection, adversarial ML defenses, and automation. Work with data scientists, DevOps, and SOC analysts to integrate LLMs, wrap models as APIs, develop agentic workflows, and produce IoCs to improve detection and response.

Develop, test, and optimize components of FortiChat AI/Smart Assist; troubleshoot and resolve product issues; perform cloud and on-premises system integration; manage code updates with source control; and support existing systems and documentation during a two-month internship.

Provide pre-sales technical qualification and act as the primary technical resource on sales calls; support post-sales account technical issues, training, and escalation; work closely with support and engineering on network and security solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native networking and security software. Fix bugs, implement high-quality features, profile and optimize management/control/dataplane systems, and collaborate with DevOps and QA for continuous delivery.

Manage the full renewal sales cycle for commercial/mid-enterprise accounts in an assigned Canadian territory: contact customers/partners, generate quotes, upsell Fortinet products, manage Salesforce and ticketing systems, meet SLAs and quotas, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure renewal workflow and customer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise account growth and new business pitches for Fortinet, onboard and manage major clients, develop strategic account plans, build C-level relationships, drive consultative sales of Fortinet products and services, coordinate internal resources, and run quarterly business reviews to ensure customer value and adoption.

Develop secured enterprise wireless products and features, including Linux kernel and driver work for WiFi chipsets, implementing WiFi security protocols, and contributing across the full software development cycle for enterprise wireless solutions.

Drive direct sales into assigned named accounts, develop territory plans, build executive relationships, coordinate proposals/RFPs/SOWs, negotiate contracts, and promote Fortinet security solutions to meet sales targets.
