Lead global payroll strategy and operations across multiple countries. Design, implement, and maintain the TLS stack and UTM features (Anti-Virus, Web Filter, DLP, Anti-Spam) for FortiGate. Write clean, well-structured C/C++/Go/Rust code on Linux/UNIX, uphold best coding practices, research protocol improvements, and provide product enhancement suggestions.

Manage full renewal sales cycle for Commercial/Mid-Enterprise accounts in an assigned US territory: generate quotes and install-base reports, manage inbound renewal communications, use Salesforce/FreshDesk and renewal systems, meet SLAs and quotas, collaborate cross-functionally, train new hires, and support upsell/ELA/ESA and EOS/EOL processes.
