Manage Silver and Gold channel partners in the Netherlands to drive Fortinet product adoption across SMB and mid-market; build partner enablement and marketing plans; forecast and update opportunities in Salesforce; meet sales quotas; recruit partners; coordinate internal resources and resolve channel conflicts.

Design, develop, and execute functional, system, scaling, throughput, stress and soak tests. Create and maintain automated test scripts, find/isolate/document bugs, and track them to resolution. Diagnose and reproduce customer issues, engage in live troubleshooting, collaborate with developers and QAs, and produce documentation and training. Focused on networking, security, VoIP, and traffic-generator based testing.

Act as primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers: provide proactive guidance, advanced troubleshooting across Fortinet products, reproduce environments, drive incident resolution, manage communications, produce service reports, and liaise with R&D on product issues.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Fortinet products, analyze customer network/security implementations, manage cases and escalations, reproduce bugs in APAC lab, recommend workarounds, consult Level-1 engineers, and share technical knowledge within the team. Travel within APAC as needed.

Own partner-led sales for whitespace mid-market accounts: prospect, close, and expand cybersecurity solutions. Drive partner collaboration, deliver demos/POCs, meet revenue targets, run account reviews and enablement, and provide market intelligence and forecasts.

Provide pre-sales technical consultancy and solution design for Telco/MSSP customers using Fortinet products. Lead proposals, demos, RFP/RFI/POC activities, lab/POC setups, and product training. Assess customer environments and propose network/security architectures across on-prem, cloud, and managed service contexts.

Drive SecOps go-to-market and business development for Fortinet's security operations portfolio. Identify trends, build pipeline, engage customers and partners (MSSPs, GSIs, resellers), collaborate with sales and engineering, and meet revenue targets while promoting DLP, EDR, email protection, PAM, FortiMail/FortiPAM and incident response services.

Lead threat intelligence research and presales enablement by creating labs, demos, CTFs, and technical workshops. Perform malware analysis, threat hunting, adversarial AI research, and develop FortiGuard-based mitigation content. Present to technical and executive audiences, support sales, mentor SEs, produce thought leadership, and travel to customer engagements and executive briefings.

Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts for Fortinet products. Develop strategic account plans, executive relationships, and negotiate contracts. Coordinate internal teams to produce bids, RFP/RFI responses, and SOWs. Generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, forecast accurately, and achieve quarterly sales quotas. Travel as needed to close deals.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for networking products; implement boot verification, secure boot, and firmware upgrade/validation mechanisms; debug low-level hardware/firmware issues; translate requirements into designs; write technical documentation; collaborate with internal teams, partners, manufacturing, and RMA.
